Return Policy

 

Customers that wish to return items to our store must return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving them.  All sales are final on the following items:  Firearms, Ammunition, Primers, Powder, Shot, Bullets, & Closeout/Sale Items.  Customers must first call the store to receive a return authorization number (RA#) from a salesperson before shipping the items back.  This is so that we can separate returned items from new items entering the store.  If you have any questions or concerns about our return policy, please call us at 717-273-6572.  Shyda’s Outdoor Center is not responsible for any shipping costs to return items. 

 

 

Returning Defective Items

 

Customers that have a defective product(s), must first call the store to receive a return authorization number (RA#) from a salesperson before shipping the items back.  Once we receive the item(s), we will evaluate and determine whether it is defective or not.  If we find that the item(s) is defective we will send the item back to factory.  Please note: customers will not receive credit from us until we receive credit from the manufacturer.  This process could take anywhere from 2 weeks to a couple of months depending on the size of the company and also if the item is being returned for credit or being fixed. Shyda’s Outdoor Center is not responsible for any shipping costs to return items.
